There are many possible builds and the only skills that I'm guessing they all have in common is using Critical Eye and Way of the Master (for an increased critical chance), Critical Agility (for the +33% increased attack speed) and then Disrupting Accuracy (so your arrows automatically interrupt when they score a critical hit) and Keen Arrow (which does more damage when you land a critical hit).

Some thoughts on that bar:
-IAS is capped at 33%. Rapid Fire adds absolutely nothing to that bar.
-Prepared Shot seems like a waste. You've got Crit Strikes, Crit Eye and possibly a zealous bow for energy. The damage itself isn't anything to get excited about.
-As a physical you should be aiming to get as much damage in as you can. Self heals (i.e, Shadow Refuge) don't belong, especially ones that eat up lots of attribute points.
-If you're not running Keen Arrow, you better have a really good reason.
-Savage Shot, while useful, is probably more expensive than it's worth. I wouldn't bother running any more shutdown skills alongside Disrupting Accuracy.
-If you want a multi-hit attack (which you should) but aren't prepared to sacrifice the preparation for it Incendiary Arrows will suit your needs. Triple Shot (as you say) and Dual Shot could be good options too, though they're 10e.
As for spear builds, I'd say you haven't found much because afaik there isn't much synergy between spears and critical damage. You could run Crit Eye + WotM + CA with a bunch of spear attacks and maybe some command buffs like "Find their Weakness!" but it's fundamentally going to be the same as a Paragon bar.
